N25 Special Reserve Kaluga Caviar
An exquisite species, the second largest of the sturgeon family reaching up to 1000kg. It is also known as the “river beluga” as the only other sturgeon from the Huso family; the other being the Huso huso (Beluga). This extraordinary variety of sturgeon produces the most outstanding and large grains of caviar. Due to the maturity of the fish often up to two decades of age to produce, the roe is one of the most prestigious and sought-after.
