Our baerii reserve is produced by very mature pure Siberian sturgeons. The result is a stunning caviar surpassing commonly known Baerii caviar and rivaling many oscietra. The texture is soft and creamy; the taste is sweet, nutty and savoury. Unlike regular Baerii, our's will not be too soft, dark or salty.
