Stoddart's Beef Fillet
Description
Using exclusively grass and fermented grain-fed Angus beef selected from the top 1% from Stoddart's in Ayrshire. Aged for 45-days in our salt chamber at Notting Hill Meat Shop with careful and deliberate controls of temperature, humidity and fan speeds throughout the duration of the ageing process.
Available 200g, 400g and 600g portions, larger cuts of 1kg and 1.5kg, and whole fillets weighing approximately 1.8kg
