French-Reared Duck Breasts

Reared in Brittany, Barbary ducks are rich in flavour, and much sweeter than your typical wild mallard. We love ours pan fried, finished off in a hot oven and served pink.

Our Barbary duck breasts come in packs of 2, with each breast weighing 180g-250g.
