ABOUT OUR TURKEYS
Our traditional Bronze Turkeys, produced by John Howe, live a genuinely free-range life on a family-run farm in Kent. They are slow reared for 26 weeks to ensure their high welfare and are fed a natural cereal-based diet consisting of wheat, soya bean, barley, rape seed extract, minerals, herbal powder, and natural herbs. Their feed is completely free of antibiotics and growth promoters so that you get the healthiest meat on the market.
The turkeys are dry-plucked and then hung for a minimum of 14 days in temperature-controlled rooms to achieve maximum flavour and tenderness.
