Description
Our pork, sage and apple sausage is made with coarse ground free range British pork shoulder, leg and belly meat, seasoned with dried sage, sweet diced apple, cracked black pepper and white wine, inside a natural hog casing. Each sausage weighs approximately 125g.
We do not use rusk or filler in most of our sausages, only tapioca starch in order to absorb and hold in the fat and moisture.
