The Copas free range bronze turkey is considered to be one of the UK's best tasting turkeys. Reared on the rolling hills of Kings Coppice Farm, Berkshire, among cherry orchards and miscanthus grass, the care and attention given to these birds is unrivalled.
A total of 10 British bronze breeds are selected in order to reach maturity at the range of required weights. They are then slow-reared to 26 weeks, to build up additional fat layers for extra flavour. The birds are then dry plucked and game hung for 14 days, just like beef. This allows for the tenderisation of the meat and concentration of flavour for a superior eating experience.
Each Copas turkey comes with cooking instructions & a pop-up cooking timer, so no matter what your culinary experience, you have everything you need to ensure a perfect turkey cooking experience this Christmas!
