Having recently spent two years at the 2 Michelin starred Bubbledogs @ Kitchen Table as well as time with the Gordon Ramsay Group and Frantzen in Stockholm, each night Max will showcase the best ingredients from our beloved Fish and Meat shop to create a Japanese inspired menu using his unique preservation techniques; a completely unique dining experience in West London

Launching Thursday 10th December with only 20 seats this is one of the hottest tickets in town.
